Welcome to Destiny Martial Arts Academy, a place where tradition, excellence, and community come together. Founded in 2018 by Master and Mr. Aderhold, our academy has its roots in a long-standing legacy of martial arts excellence. Before establishing Destiny Martial Arts Academy, Master Aderhold co-led Arrowhead Tang Soo Do (est. 1995) alongside her father, Master David Roberts. A few years after Master Roberts moved away, Master Aderhold decided to close Arrowhead Tang Soo Do and start a new journey with Destiny Martial Arts Academy.
Initially operating out of the YMCA, the Aderhold’s took a bold step after just one year to open their own full-time facility. Our academy teaches the traditional art of Tang Soo Do and is proudly a certified studio within the World Tang Soo Do Association (WTSDA). The WTSDA spans six continents, 36 countries, and boasts over 200,000 members. All our instructors are certified through the WTSDA, earning their ranks at the regional level.
